In this Unconscious Mind video you’ll learn the definition and meaning of the unconscious mind as well as the power of your unconscious mind compared to your conscious mind. Follow along as Bruce Lipton expounds and expands on the unconscious mind and how you can program it to transform your life for the better.
As Lipton explains there is the conscious mind and the unconscious mind. Our conscious minds are connected to our personalities and creative selves. Lipton notes that our subconscious minds are equivalent to tape players. The subconscious mind records our experiences and plays them back. The subconscious mind is neither good nor bad in and of themselves. It is the programs we have given them that can be bad or good. Good programs can empower us. Bad programs can cause all sorts of problems.
The thinking mind is your conscious mind and the tape player mind is your subconscious mind. Lipton states that one’s subconscious mind on a purely information processing basis is a million times more powerful than one’s conscious mind. Even more fascinating Lipton feels that on a day to day basis our subconscious minds run our daily biology about 95% of the time.
Lipton goes on to note that although our conscious intentions may be that we gain all these positive things with our positive intentions our subconscious programming may be thwarting all those positive things. This in turn may lead to one thinking he is a victim and powerless to change the negative things in his life when in actuality he just needs to reprogram his subconscious mind!
Also in this video you’ll find Russian scientist Konstantin Korakov who believes that our minds can change the matter around us.
One thing you’ll want to take from this video is that if you are not living the life you want to live do what you can to change what you’re doing consciously and also check your subconscious programming to make sure that the programs and experiences and attitudes you may have picked up along the way aren’t sabotaging your quest to live the life of your dreams!
