What do you think of when you hear the affirmation or mantra in this video that you are “one with the universe?” Because the phrase “you are one with the universe” can be a bit vague and taken in a variety of ways, I would suggest that you allow your inner being to visualize the phrase in the most positive powerful way you imagine it. What I imagine when I hear the phrase is that all the spiritual power of the universe floods my being and fills me with infinite power.

Thanks for you comment. Many of the videos features here actually can help you train your mind, but I think I know what you mean. From my experience, a lot of mind power training is “interior” work. By interior work I mean things like meditation. However, I think you bring up a good point. I’ll start looking for more exercises and training of an exterior nature that one can do to boost their mind power. Actually, I think this mind power video and others like it are tools you can use to implant the idea that your mind is powerful and that you have the mind power to do certain things, like in this case, to be “one with the universe.”
There are some brain games and mind sharpening exercises at our Brain Power site at http://brainsngames.com. But, I’ll look for more interesting exercises geared to boosting “mind power” as compared to just “brain power.” Thanks for your suggestion Toto.
